| 簡介 | 根據不同來源及分化階段，干細胞可分為胚胎干細胞和成體干細胞胚胎干細胞具有分化為多種不同組織的能力，但在 倫理上存在爭議。成體干細胞因其來源廣泛、增殖能力強等特點，現已成為組織工程學研究的種子細胞。其中， 脂肪干細胞作為組織工程修復的種子細胞，因其具有來源豐富、取材容易、增殖能力強等優點，正受到越來越多的關 注，脂肪干細胞形態類似成纖維細胞，具有較強的增殖能力。在一定的誘導條件下，可分化為脂肪細胞、成骨細胞、 軟骨細胞、心肌細胞、上皮細胞等，具有多向分化潛能。 |
