相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)打標(biāo)機(jī),視覺激光打標(biāo)機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn):

傳統(tǒng)激光打標(biāo)機(jī)在產(chǎn)品打標(biāo)過程中,需要定制簡(jiǎn)單或者復(fù)雜的治具來定位,會(huì)遇到如下問題

1、采用精密治具:新的產(chǎn)品需要新的精密治具,增加了費(fèi)用,延長(zhǎng)了生產(chǎn)周期。

2、采用簡(jiǎn)單治具:人工操作打標(biāo)效率偏低,稍有不慎就打偏,影響產(chǎn)品的美觀性。

傳統(tǒng)激光打標(biāo)機(jī)需要實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)時(shí),對(duì)于機(jī)械精度要求較高,制作一套復(fù)雜自動(dòng)化配套線,僅僅只能適用于一種或少量幾種產(chǎn)品。對(duì)于新的產(chǎn)品則需要制作新的生產(chǎn)線,不但周期久而且十分不利于工廠的成本管理。

針對(duì)上述現(xiàn)象,西賽智能開發(fā)出視覺定位激光打標(biāo)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)快速定位,一次打標(biāo)多個(gè)產(chǎn)品,也可以進(jìn)行流水線自動(dòng)上料,粗略定位后再進(jìn)行視覺定位打標(biāo),節(jié)省人工,提高生產(chǎn)效率,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)兼容多個(gè)產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)流水線,為工廠節(jié)約大量成本。

CCD視覺打標(biāo)機(jī)原理:

基于傳統(tǒng)打標(biāo)機(jī)的基礎(chǔ),先對(duì)產(chǎn)品打光,確保產(chǎn)品外形清晰,然后對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行模板制作,并保存。再采用高精度CCD相機(jī)對(duì)產(chǎn)品當(dāng)前的位置進(jìn)行定位,,并將實(shí)時(shí)采集到的一個(gè)或多個(gè)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行視覺定位,計(jì)算出產(chǎn)品的XY坐標(biāo)及偏轉(zhuǎn)角度,產(chǎn)品位置信息通過電腦依次傳輸給打標(biāo)卡,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)打標(biāo)。視覺激光打標(biāo)機(jī)所加工的產(chǎn)品外形可以是圓形、方形、非規(guī)則形狀都可以識(shí)別,這種工藝特別適合小型產(chǎn)品,可免除定位料盤、固定夾具的加工,大大節(jié)省了激光打標(biāo)加工周期。同時(shí)也適合流水線產(chǎn)品移動(dòng)時(shí),進(jìn)行在線激光打標(biāo)加工。
